With over 10 years of experience in Montana and Wyoming, I feel confident in helping individuals through unhealed traumas, negative relationship patterns, and finding their path to self discovery. Clients find my approach to be calm, warm, and insightful as I work to support your unique process in discovering inner health and healing.
When I am not in the counseling office, I can often be found in the mountains around Cody, Wyoming with my dog! I enjoy running, hiking, skiing, and being in the beautiful Wyoming outdoors with my husband and son.
